As a large-scale industrial park integrating R&D offices, commerce, dormitories, and bus stations in Shenzhen, it has 1,483 planned parking spaces, needing to meet diverse electricity demands and large-scale charging pile supporting requirements. Guided by the core principles of “high-capacity adaptation, safety redundancy, intelligence and efficiency”, we customize a full-scenario electrical design solution to build a solid energy guarantee for the park’s efficient operation.

II. Core Challenges

  1. Large Load Scale: The total equipment capacity reaches 26,479.8kW, with significant power density differences across multiple scenarios, requiring high power supply stability;
  2. Concentrated Charging Pile Demand: Need to construct 445 charging piles, with 70% of parking spaces reserving installation conditions, requiring independent planning of a large-capacity power distribution system;
  3. Strict Safety Standards: Must comply with multiple specifications such as fire linkage, emergency power supply, and civil air defense in wartime to eliminate power outage risks;
  4. Complex Spatial Layout: 6 power distribution rooms need scientific planning to balance functional needs and space efficiency.

III. Customized Solutions

  1. Dual Power Supply Guarantee: 2 independent 10kV dedicated lines for parallel power supply, paired with a 1000kW diesel generator for seamless switching between emergency and municipal power; 2 additional 250kW generators in civil air defense areas;
  2. Zoned Power Distribution Design: 6 exclusive power distribution rooms (total capacity 19,360kVA) with capacity allocated by business type; charging piles equipped with an independent 1000kVA transformer (2000kVA reserved); low-voltage power supply adopts radial + trunk type;
  3. Comprehensive Safety Protection: Centralized alarm system + multiple intelligent monitoring, with the fire control room for centralized management, complying with GB51309-2018 standard;
  4. Precise Selection & Expansion: High-voltage medium-voltage switchgear (KYN-28), ring main units (RM6) + low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (GCK), 14 SCB14 transformers; 20% expansion space reserved in all power distribution rooms.
