The BK-ITS series is a high-performance 3 phase dry-type isolation transformer—a core industrial transformer solution independently developed by BKPOWER for three-phase power supply systems. As a professional isolation transformer, it adopts an independent three-phase winding structure, with no direct electrical connection between primary and secondary sides. Energy is transferred solely through magnetic field coupling, achieving complete electrical isolation that eliminates electric shock risks from leakage current in three-phase systems.
This dry-type isolation transformer effectively suppresses common-mode interference and three-phase unbalance, ensuring stable power supply for high-power and precision equipment. Its core uses 0.35mm high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with multi-stage lamination technology, significantly reducing hysteresis and eddy current losses. Windings are made of oxygen-free copper wires with H-class high-temperature resistant insulation materials (temperature resistance up to 180℃), manufactured through vacuum pressure impregnation and precision winding processes—boasting a 20-year design life.
