The BK-ATS series is a high-performance three phase dry-type autotransformer—a core industrial transformer solution independently developed by BKPOWER for large-power three-phase power supply systems. As a professional autotransformer, it adopts an integrated three-phase shared winding structure, with primary and secondary coils sharing a common winding to realize voltage transformation.
This dry type autotransformer eliminates the need for insulating oil, relying on natural or forced air cooling for heat dissipation, making it safe and eco-friendly for indoor industrial environments. Its core uses 0.35mm high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with step-lap lamination technology, while windings are made of oxygen-free copper wire with H-class (180℃) high-temperature resistant insulation materials. The vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) process enhances insulation reliability and mechanical strength .
