BKPOWER Service Terms

BKPOWER Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘BKPOWER’) warrants that if BKPOWER’s product (hereinafter referred to as ‘Product’) fails to conform to the published specifications due to material and workmanship failures during the Warranty Period under normal use, to the original purchaser of the said Product (hereinafter referred to as ‘Customer’), BKPOWER will provide a limited warranty (hereinafter referred to as ‘Warranty’). BKPOWER will provide Limited Warranty (hereinafter referred to as ‘Warranty’) to the original purchaser (hereinafter referred to as ‘Customer’) of the said product, the terms and scope of which are as follows.

Warranty Period

The Warranty Period for BKPOWER products, except for batteries, accessories, and warranties otherwise stated or purchased by BKPOWER, can be found in the ‘Specifications’ of each product on the official website of BKPOWER, and the Warranty Period can be found in the user’s manual of the product purchased in North America. If you cannot find the warranty period of your product on the official website, please contact our distributor or contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ on the official website to confirm the warranty period.

Warranty period determination criteria:

(1) Completion of product registration: If product registration is completed within 30 days from the date of purchase, the warranty period will start from the date of product registration.

(2) Incomplete product registration: The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Customers are required to provide relevant documents with the original purchase date, such as invoices or receipts.

(3) If no proof of the original purchase date is provided, the warranty period will start from the date of manufacture.

The warranty will be automatically terminated if the customer resells the product or transfers the product to another person in any form. You are advised to complete the registration process to ensure your rights and interests. For more information, please visit the BKPOWER website at https://bkpower.cn.

The warranty period for accessories included with the product is 90 days from the original purchase date, including but not limited to cables, manuals, discs, and other accessories supplied with the product.

Repair or Replacement During Warranty Period

Customers who need to apply for warranty service from BKPOWER can contact us at BKPOWER official website contact details to initiate a repair report, or customers can also apply through agents or distributors for assistance.

When BKPOWER receives the repair application and confirms that the customer has warranty needs, BKPOWER has the right to decide to take any one of the following ways to complete the warranty service:

(1) BKPOWER can use new or good parts for free repair or replacement. or

(2) BKPOWER may replace the defective product with a new or improved product that meets the original product specifications and functions properly without prior notice to the customer.

For repaired or replaced products, BKPOWER provides 90 days warranty from the date of shipment without affecting the original warranty period of the product, if the original warranty period is less than 90 days, the 90 days warranty period shall prevail.

Exclusions

The product warranty does not cover failures caused by any factors other than the defects of the product itself (including but not limited to accidents, fire, flood, lightning, vandalism, natural disasters, misuse, abuse, negligence, etc.), or failures caused by failure to comply with BKPOWER’s and the industry’s recommendations for shipping, storage, installation, application, operation, or maintenance practices.

The Product Warranty does not cover any batteries, battery equipment, peripherals, accessories (including parts and software), or installation, operation, maintenance, or service of any of the foregoing that are not supplied by BKPOWER.

The Product Warranty does not apply to failures of the Product when the claimed defect does not exist, or when the failure is caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, testing, operation, or use of the Product in violation of BKPOWER’s recommendations and specifications by the User or any third party.

The product warranty does not cover labour costs incurred in repairing or replacing the unit, cleaning, obtaining authorisation, removal, installation, temporary power supply or any other problems. The warranty does not apply if the serial number sticker on the product has been removed, defaced, destroyed, altered, tampered with or worn so that the serial number is illegible, or if the serial number sticker does not correspond to the product’s model specification, or if it does not have the original BKPOWER serial number label sticker.

The product warranty is not valid if the product is installed or used in an inappropriate environment, including, but not limited to, submersion in water, moisture, excessive heat, excessive cold, temperature changes exceeding the limits of the product’s design, or direct exposure to sunlight or halogen lighting. Installation of the product in an inappropriate environment will void the warranty.

This warranty applies only to customers in the country of original purchase. For international purchases, please contact the country of purchase for warranty service.

Battery Maintenance

All batteries supplied by BKPOWER should be recharged immediately after discharge. Prolonged failure to recharge a discharged battery increases the risk of permanent damage to the battery. If the battery is left unused for a long period of time, it is recommended that it be recharged regularly every three to six months.

Limitations

BKPOWER is solely responsible for the contents described in these Warranty Terms of Service. In no event shall BKPOWER provide any warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of ordinary and intended usefulness, except as set forth herein, and BKPOWER does not warrant that the product will meet any particular application.

BKPOWER does not warrant that the product will meet any particular application. Repair or replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty is the sole remedy for all purchasers and users. in no event shall bkpower, its officers, directors, affiliates, or employees be liable for damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising out of a defective product, breach of these terms and conditions, breach of contract, tort (including, but not limited to, liability for negligence or no-fault liability), or other claim. If BKPOWER is liable, BKPOWER’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

(The above limitations or exclusions do not apply in countries or regions where the law does not allow manufacturers to limit or exclude implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages).

BKPOWER reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without notice.

No salesperson, employee or agent of BKPOWER is authorised to add to or vary the terms of this warranty.
